Miss Maggie I love listening to you and Michael in the afternoon. It is not only informative but funny as well. The banter that goes on between the two of you is hilarious! I’d always said I would never be the type of grown up who listens to the news in their car…who does that!!! But here I am and I’ve never had more fun doing it. Thank you so much for making my drive home such a blast! You guys are great!

On your show the other day you had a guest that gives seminars to “men that want to get their back bone back”. What was his name & his website?

I listen to your show on the way home from work everyday, around 3:45-4:15. I’m a teacher at ERHS. I almost had to pull over because I was practically convulsing (with laughter? anger?…I don’t know) when you were reporting the “Smacking incident”. We can’t ever send anyone to the “Principle’s Office”. We have to send them to the Dean with documentation. They’re back in 15 min. to continue disrupting the class. There is no support for teachers anymore. It’s bad for teachers & bad for the majority of our students who are wonderful and don’t deserve the classroom disruptions caused by these few #$%@.

I just wanted to write and tell you that you are the best! Your show with Michael Shappee not only makes listening to the “news” informative, but-your banter with Michael makes it extremely entertaining as well, which is more than I can say for most news broadcasts. Keep up the great work!

It is ‘nice’ that the NTSB is concerned about cell phone calls or texting, but they need to mind their own business and stay out of ours. Despite laws against holding cell phones to your ear or texting (VERY BAD), people still do it, and they should be cited. I take exception to you saying that ‘hands-free’ devices like BlueAnt speakerphones that auto-answer being included (or in-dash Bluetooth). Yes, some people can not CHEW GUM AND WALK, so any distraction can cause a problem. There are problems with overextending a ban, namely nagging passengers or even listening to KFWB could be included in that ban . I am 65 next month, and have been driving for about 50 years. What we need is more polite, courteous and civil drivers behind the wheel. Yes, there were fewer cars, but people were more civil in the 50s. As a kid, we used to love riding in the back of pickup trucks, we never wore seat belts because they were not there. Tell Rhonda Kramer Hi, from a guy who used to love listening to her banter with Dave Hull, the Hullabooer, or Emperor Bob Hudson on KRLA. I can not remember which one exactly 
