Ken Jeffries

Ken Jeffries has been at KFWB since 1986, collecting ten “Golden Mikes” along the way for anchoring and reporting on various stories including the 1992 LA riots, the 1994 Northridge earthquake, the OJ Simpson criminal trial, and the Menendez verdicts.

He’s a market veteran who is proud to be part of KFWB NEWS TALK 980 and hopes that you’ll continue to keep listening.

I´ve been living in Tijuana for the past several years, so now I listen online. Being and old school rock jock, I thought you and your people would be interested in listening to the aircheck when KFWB switched from music to all news in March 1968. Gene Weed was the last disk jocky, and you can hear the entire aircheck complete with jingles here:
